Period pain

Don't mess up with period.

2 hari lepas baru nak mula balik jogging, sengal tak reda lagi.

Petang tadi pegi swimming, tambah sengal pinggang & joints.

Bila period pain, semua sengal2 tadi tu jadik 2x ganda. Sib baik jari tak sengal (^3^)
